For Purchases and Orders

At Mease Photography, we strive to provide an exceptional experience when selecting, ordering, and purchasing your Limited Edition artwork. The following terms and conditions are designed to support and protect that experience.

Return Policy

All Limited Edition and Open Edition images are custom printed and framed to order. As such, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Placing an Order

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete order information, including:

  • Full name
  • Shipping and billing addresses (no P.O. Boxes)
  • Valid phone number and email address
  • Approved payment method

We are not liable for any delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of purchase.

Order Changes

All orders are final once production begins. The only exception is a change to the delivery address, which must be made prior to shipment. To request a shipping address update, please contact your sales representative or email andrew@measephotography.com.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time the order is placed. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards and other methods we may offer in the future.

In the event of a declined charge or failed payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for payment, including:

  • Collection costs
  • Attorney fees (if applicable)
  • Interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum legal rate, if lower) until the balance is paid in full

Delivery Timeline

  • Limited & Open Edition Prints: Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and shipping.
  • Retail Products: Ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping time depends on the option selected at checkout. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Retain all original packaging
  2. Photograph the damage
  3. Email documentation and your shipping receipt to andrew@measephotography.com within 7 days of delivery

Our Customer Care Team will respond within 48 hours. If approved, your item will be replaced at no cost to you.

General Terms

Mease Photography is not liable for delays or delivery failures due to forces beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of nature
  • War or terrorism
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor or transportation disruptions
  • Epidemics or civil unrest

Customers are responsible for the safe handling and care of their artwork upon receipt. Our liability, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the amount paid for the product.

We reserve the right to update or correct product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability at any time without prior notice. Orders are not final until accepted by us. We may:

  • Limit or discontinue products or promotions
  • Refuse any order
  • Restrict purchasing privileges at our discretion
